Academy of Martial & Internal Arts
1570 Soquel Dr. (across from Dominican Hospital)
Weather permitting, we will meet in the parking lot in front of the school. In
the event of rain, class will be held indoors at the Academy.

taught by Narrye Caldwell, AMA instructor and 40 year practitioner
with special guest teacher Karl Forest

Tuition: $285 (paid in advance for full 3 months)
or $110 per month

This is a class in the same popular short form yang style that I have taught for several years. I’ve made some slight changes to make the class even more enjoyable and effective for health, stress relief, and balance. For instance, to complement and enhance your Tai Chi practice, I integrate qigong exercises from the Taoist life nourishing tradition.

This class is suitable for both beginners and those who have some experience but would like to review or go deeper.

Use the PayPal button below to register and reserve your place. Space is limited so please register well in advance. I will not be accepting walk in students. You do not need a PayPal account to register. After you click on the PayPal button it will give you the option to use any credit/debit card if you prefer. After I receive your payment I will send you further details about the class. (Please note, the email you use with Paypal is the only one I will have to contact you. Please make sure this is an active email for you.)
